At Nitro Lab we serve you gelato in its freshest, silkiest and smoothest form.
At Nitro Lab, we believe that there is more than just a taste element to gelato which is why we wanted you to be able to touch, see and hear the experience of making gelato, first-hand.
Here, everything is made to order so we don't reuse any products, nor do we pre-make any of our gelato. It's made on the spot, fresh in front of your eyes. Because of this, the crystallisation of the particles forming within the gelato is a lot smaller, which is why our gelato is smoother and silkier in texture compared to regular gelato.
We have six flavours up on our menu each week, with new flavours rolling through each week just to keep you all on your toes.
But wait.. we don't just serve gelato! In the coming weeks, we're getting our coffee machine installed so affogatos will be hitting the menu, along with waffles as well!
